Who is EBGA advisory for?
EBGA is for business owners and founders who are already generating revenue and are serious about scaling. We work with entrepreneurs at the $200K–3M revenue stage who want to build smarter systems, grow faster, and stop running on hustle. If you’re just starting your business or looking for a quick fix, we’re probably not the right fit — and we’ll tell you that upfront.

The Engagement
What does the onboarding process look like?
Every engagement starts with a Business Growth Audit — a deep assessment of your revenue model, growth levers, and gaps. After the audit, we build a custom 90-day growth action plan. Then we execute against it together in monthly or weekly advisory sessions, depending on your tier.
How much time does this require from me?
At minimum, you’re committing to 1–2 advisory sessions per month plus implementation time. Our frameworks are designed to be executed by a lean team or a solo operator. We won’t send you a 200-page deliverable to implement alone — we work with you on the execution.
What if I’m not happy with the engagement?
Our plans are month-to-month. If you’re not seeing value after the first month, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We’d rather you leave than stay in an engagement that isn’t working. That said, we do a thorough qualification process before accepting clients — specifically to make sure we’re the right fit before we start.
